Appointments via Calendly
We use Calendly to arrange appointments. This includes, among other things, introductory consultations, Personal Shopping, Wardrobe Updates and Style Consultations.
When you book an appointment, we process the information required to arrange and provide the relevant service, such as your name, email address, telephone number, requested service, date and time.
Calendly, LLC is a US-based service provider. According to Calendly, data may be stored in the United States and processed internationally. For international data transfers, Calendly uses the data protection mechanisms provided for under applicable data protection law.

Gift Vouchers and Payments via Stripe
We use Stripe to process gift voucher purchases.
When you make a payment, the data required for the transaction, including your name, contact details, payment and transaction information and technical information, is transmitted to and processed by Stripe.
Payment details such as credit card information are processed by Stripe and are not fully stored by us.
Stripe may process personal data internationally, including in Europe and the United States. Depending on the circumstances, Stripe uses appropriate data protection safeguards for such international transfers.
